Field Sales Representative
Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components. The Field Sales Representative will define critical markets, develop key relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and work alongside engineers to provide tailored solutions within the California territory.

Responsibilities
Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory
Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth
Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals
Qualification
Required
Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel within the market. Comprehensive knowledge of CA territory
Proficient with Office Suite, especially Excel
Preferred
ERP knowledge desirable
