Manage cases from intake through resolution
Independently handle case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Participate in depositions, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates
Qualification
Required
5+ years of civil litigation experience required (business litigation preferred but not required)
Ability to independently manage a full case file from start to finish
Experience first-chairing depositions, arbitrations, or bench trials is a plus
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
