Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for top council teams, ensuring all interactions are professional, timely, and personalized
Build and maintain strong relationships with council teams by understanding their objectives, challenges, and opportunities
Meet with top council teams to assess specific challenges to identify technology-based solutions
Develop and implement a personalized training program tailored to the specific needs of council teams related to business and technology initiatives
Lead and conduct group or individualized consulting sessions both in-person and virtual to enhance technology adoption and utilization
Proficiently organize and lead council teams through problem solving, ideation sessions and act as a thought partner to creatively identify opportunities that meet the business objectives
Provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products
Proactively refine training approaches based on feedback and evolving technology initiatives
Develop and maintain key technology relationships to provide expertise and oversight on new initiatives
Collaborate with internal partners to address the team’s complex requests and resolve issues promptly
Prepare meeting agendas, talking points and materials for meetings with council teams
Analyze and present metrics, trends and actionable insights across council teams that align with firm initiatives
Monitor progress on technology initiatives, providing regular updates to council teams
Track team satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required

SIE/Series 7
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of financial services industry experience, preferably with a broker-dealer or other large financial advisory firm
3+ years training experience
Experience using/training a CRM tool
Demonstrated understanding of the financial planning process and industry planning tools
Demonstrated understanding of performance reporting and investment proposals
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (formulas, graphs, pivot tables)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with council teams
Strong leadership attributes
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills

Preferred

3+ years of RBC US Wealth Management branch support experience
Experience hosting webinars via WebEx, or a similar tool
