Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling and assist with appointment coordination
Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready reception and office area
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Maintain and update internal databases and client records
Assist with document preparation and organization
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Order, track, and maintain office supplies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
Monitor office inventory and ensure supplies are stocked
Help ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Extensive Prior experience in an office, administrative, or receptionist role - minimum 10 years
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage routine tasks independently
