Accounts Payable Coordinator

Properly maintain records, including records necessary for 1099 compliance

Required

100% Remote within California, Must reside in California
A minimum of two (2) + years of experience in accounts payable is required
High proficiency with Enterprise Accounting Software, Enterprise Resource Planning Software, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and database-related software applications
Accurately and efficiently process invoices, process expense reports, and reconcile supplier statements
Properly maintain records, including records necessary for 1099 compliance
Maintain GAAP Compliance
A strategic and creative thinker who work within and across teams to swiftly respond to needs identified across the organization
