Responsibilities
Confirm patient eligibility and ensure all requirements are met for participation in assistance programs
Act as the primary contact for assigned patients, providing guidance and timely updates
Communicate with pharmacies, provider offices, and program administrators to move cases forward
Maintain accurate and up to date case records within the CRM system
Monitor open cases and follow up on outstanding items to maintain a positive patient experience
Identify available financial assistance options for prescribed specialty medications
Support patients and clinical staff in completing required documentation and applications
Deliver consistent, high quality service while resolving issues and escalating concerns when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a service focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple cases while staying organized and detail oriented
Comfort working within established systems and documented processes
Dependable, empathetic, and professional approach when working with patients
Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy support, patient services, or benefits administration is helpful
