Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Employ storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions on the fly to address each cohort's unique needs
Provide individualized and small group coaching to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years facilitating small-group reading interventions for K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-achieving children in specialized settings
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance data
Strong instructional presence with capability to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
