Responsibilities
Upload job attachments, design, as-builts, permits, and job-related emails into Remedy and P2
Review the issuance package to ensure it includes all relevant and necessary documentation and requirements
Review the close-out package to ensure the job meets the client's specifications for job completion
Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues affecting the jobs
Assist in preparing the job closing package
Lead daily huddles to review current pipelines of jobs
Assist in training and coaching of level 1 and 2 Construction Support Specialists
Co-conduct client meetings with Coordinators and Supervisors to review job statuses
Assist with client interfacing and crafting clear communication on job statuses and potential risks to jobs
Qualification
Required
Possess 2+ years of experience supporting the operations of a construction department required
Proficiency in evaluating job documentation for accuracy
Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), required
You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to prioritize work and manage time effectively
You have demonstrated leadership skills
Possess a valid driver's license
You have heavy administration experience
You are located in Sacramento, CA
Preferred
You have previous administrative experience in Cable TV, strongly preferred
