Responsibilities

Work with Design, Production, Quality, and Test engineering teams to develop inspection and verifications procedures
Support root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to mitigate non-conformance issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for continuous improvement in quality
Support process and systems development to improve production quality
Develop dashboards, metrics, and visuals to help identify and monitor factory health

Required

A passion for hardware development and manufacturing systems, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be onsite 5 days a week
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, Or Refugee/Asylee Status Required

Preferred

Previous internship or coursework experience in a similar role
Experience with quality management systems or hardware manufacturing
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Direct electrical or mechanical design experience
Demonstrated ability to debug hardware and software problems under time pressure
