They are seeking a Receiving Associate to join their fulfillment team, responsible for handling incoming cards with care and precision, ensuring inventory accuracy, and assisting in various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Unboxing Orders: Carefully open and inspect inbound packages

Verify Inventory: Compare manifest with physical products to ensure deliveries are complete

Inspect Products: carefully assess each product for damage

Create Orders: Utilize Google Sheets to create orders for tracking further movement of products

Assist in Operations: Help in other departments as needed, including scanning, assembling, storage, fulfillment, and shipping

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Required

Strong attention to detail. Collectors notice the little things

Proficiency with spreadsheets, specifically Google Sheets

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a close-knit team

Ability to work proactively and independently

Comfort using computers and basic warehouse equipment

Ability to lift/move packages and stand for extended periods

Must be able to pass a thorough background check
