Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrative support for management and office staff
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate records, files, contracts, permits, and compliance documents
Prepare correspondence, reports, invoices, and internal documentation
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Assist with billing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support regulatory and compliance documentation related to propane operations (training, safety records, permits, etc.)
Order office supplies and maintain office organization
Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and operations staff as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
2+ years of administrative, secretarial, or office support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software experience a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Preferred
Experience in energy, propane, logistics, construction, or industrial environments a plus
