They are seeking a Network Administrator responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity and optimal performance across all sites.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the organization's network infrastructure across all locations
Architect, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki MX network architecture, including:
+ SD-WAN
+ VLAN segmentation
+ Firewall rules
+ Traffic shaping
+ High-availability (HA) configurations
Administer and support Cisco Meraki switching and wireless infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and secure connectivity across all sites
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, including:
+ Site-to-Site VPN tunnels
+ Firewall policies
+ Network security services
Administer VPN client solutions including SonicWall NetExtender and/or Cisco AnyConnect, ensuring secure remote access for end users and vendors
Design and maintain secure authentication frameworks, including:
+ RADIUS (AAA – Authentication, Authorization, Accounting)
+ Integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, and network access controls
Support and integrate SAML-based authentication for cloud applications, VPNs, and identity providers
Monitor network health, performance, and security using tools such as Auvik, Meraki Dashboard, or similar platforms; proactively identify and remediate issues before service impact
Collaborate with Systems Administrators to ensure seamless integration between network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, on-prem AD)
Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for network-related incidents, outages, and escalations
Support Windows-based environments as they relate to networking services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and NPS
Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, least-privilege access, threat detection, and vulnerability remediation
Support VoIP and collaboration platforms (including 3CX) from a network performance and QoS perspective
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, IP schemes, VLANs, firewall rules, and SOPs
Participate in and lead network-related projects, upgrades, and migrations
Support remote clinics and facilities, including onsite troubleshooting and equipment installation as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in IT-related degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or similar role
Strong understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki MX firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
Proven experience configuring and supporting SonicWall firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and VPN client solutions
Solid understanding of RADIUS, AAA, and secure network authentication models
Working knowledge of SAML authentication flows and identity federation concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills using packet capture, logs, and monitoring tools
Experience integrating networking with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 environments
Familiarity with security frameworks, endpoint protection, and compliance-driven environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT teams and non-technical stakeholders
Highly accountable, professional, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift and transport IT/network hardware as required
Must have valid documentation and authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship or visa transfer not available)
Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing with the Department of Motor Vehicles
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare systems or multi-site medical practice IT needs is a strong plus
Certifications: (at least 2 out of the 4 are highly preferred): + Cisco CCNA / Meraki CMNA + CompTIA Network+ or Security+ + SonicWall SNSA / SNSP (preferred) + Microsoft Azure / Identity-related certifications
