Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all calls are handled appropriately
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
Must be friendly, positive, and have a patient attitude
Good written and verbal communication
Basic Computer Skills
At least 18 years old
