Qualification
Required
Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and foster client relationships
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Organizational and record-keeping abilities, with attention to detail
Competence with technology for maintaining records and conducting virtual meetings
Empathy, integrity, and the ability to provide support during sensitive situations
Preferred
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Louisiana Licensed Full Life Insurance Producer highly preferred
