Responsibilities
Manage client accounts from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience
Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear, timely, and proactive communication with clients throughout their account lifecycle
Oversee all communications, inquiries, and updates, ensuring client accounts are well-supported and consistently managed
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by demonstrating strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
Detail-oriented focus
Strong collaborative skills
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
Organizational skills to maintain efficiency
Confidence with computer systems
A positive attitude in all interactions
