As a Technical Program Manager for Device Compliance, you will help launch devices globally, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met while collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance trust, safety, and reliability in the products delivered.

Responsibilities
Work with internal teams and external partners to manage homologation projects
Collaborate with product and engineering teams early on making sure our devices meet regulatory requirements
Create risk assessments and requirements for new products and changes to existing designs
Create and build processes and tools for device compliance
Mentor junior team members and help building a world-class device compliance team
Qualification
Required
A background in electrical engineering or similar
7+ years of experience in product compliance or related fields
Worked on electronic consumer products before that launched globally
Structured and systematic mindset, but still strive in fast moving environments
Excellent communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
Excellent project management skills
