In this role, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision components according to customer specifications, while collaborating with machinists and operators to improve production processes.

Responsibilities
Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, FeatureCAM, AutoCAD)
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining methods and sequences
Create clear instructions for machinists and support operators during production
Select appropriate cutting tools and determine machining parameters
Test and verify programs through simulations or trial runs
Collaborate with machinists to improve procedures, productivity, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
8–10 years of CNC programming experience
Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming principles
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Excellent math, computer, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
