Responsibilities
Support producers and the service team by coordinating workflows, gathering underwriting information, and preparing proposals and documentation
During this internship, the Sales/Producer Support Intern will develop foundational knowledge about insurance operations across both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits
Learn our agency management system and shadow producers and service team members
Understand the importance of proof of insurance and learn how to generate and distribute documentation accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and ensure smooth workflow execution
Learn about carriers the agency partners with and how their products apply to client needs
Participate in client appointments with producers to observe client service and sales best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
Preferred
Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
