Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally
Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
Manage work orders and customer follow-ups
Support sales and marketing efforts
Monitor maintenance schedules and warranties
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules
Work closely with management to meet goals
Help maintain a positive, team-focused culture
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude with strong phone skills
