Responsibilities
Oversee and process U.S. payroll in coordination with finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, plan changes, and addressing employee questions
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and conflict resolution in line with company policy
Interpret and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage leave of absence cases (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.) and other time-off requests
Support employee development and engagement initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation in accordance with compliance standards
Contribute to broader HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR management role
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance practices
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on employee experience and organizational culture
