Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations for a program that functions like a small enterprise within the nonprofit
Develop and implement operational systems that ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Drive entrepreneurial growth by identifying new service opportunities and improving existing offerings
Lead staff management including supervision, coaching, and performance development
Coordinate employee scheduling to meet program needs and maintain service excellence
Create accurate service quotes for customers and partners
Develop and manage program budgets with a focus on sustainability and growth
Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies to meet revenue targets
Ensure responsible resource allocation aligned with organizational goals
Prepare competitive bid proposals for service contracts and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate feasibility, pricing, and strategic fit
Qualification
Required
Experience owning or operating a small business or franchise
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and improving systems
Proven change agent who thrives in environments that require innovation and adaptability
Skilled people manager with experience in hiring, staffing, and team leadership
Comfortable with financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
