Responsibilities
Direct daily contract operations and ensure compliance with the PWS
Serve as the designated Contractor Representative to the Government
Manage staffing, performance metrics, and quality control processes
Ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables and reports
Oversee risk management and OCI compliance
Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities
Qualification
Required
15+ years of cost analysis or program management experience
24 semester hours in math, engineering, or quantitative analysis
Experience with DoD cost analysis, EVM, and defense data sources
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing experience
Active Secret Security Clearance
