Responsibilities
Responsible for ground-level project execution
Understand client business model
Articulate project objectives to team members
Deliver marketing tactics that exceed expectations
Schedule and run meetings with internal team members
Identify resourcing needs and work with Resource Management to secure team members
Act as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps
Support the team in driving internal and external communications (scheduling meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensure follow-through on intermediate and milestone deliverables, etc.)
Maintain project momentum and keeps project and team on track
Catalog and maintain all project documentation and deliverables
Become well-versed in and clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows, including becoming experts in any client-specific processes, related to the legal/medical/regulatory reviews or similar
Coordinate and/or author points of view as required by a project
Qualification
Required
2+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects
Excellent communication skills; creates clarity where there is ambiguity/confusion
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail, willingness to ask questions and ability to follow up
Embraces change

Proactive, adaptable, and flexible
Ability to follow direction
Understanding of waterfall methodologies
Proven experience in project management within a marketing agency, with a focus on healthcare clients
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
