Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with team members
Communicate with clients and support team in case management and litigation planning
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of litigation experience preferred (candidates slightly below or above may be considered)
Strong complex litigation background; class action experience preferred but not required
Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but defense candidates with strong litigation experience will be considered
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (Top 50 preferred)
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload and collaborate effectively with a team
