Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits on machinery and automation equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams
Provide clear communication and support to customers while maintaining detailed service reports
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation within a manufacturing or automation environment
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Willingness to travel and work independently in a customer-facing role
Preferred
Familiarity with PLC controls, robotics, and automation systems preferred
