Responsibilities
Manage online applicant tracking systems; keeping information up to date on candidate’s status through the application/hiring process
Consult with hiring managers to develop interview questions to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently
Prepare job postings; works with supervisors to screen candidates
Represent the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates
Conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers positions
Coordinate virtual and in person interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates and salaries
Prepare and extend job offer information for the candidate to begin pre-employment screenings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
3+ years of recruiting or related work experience
Knowledge of and ability to use techniques to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions
Preferred
High volume recruiting in healthcare
