Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person communication

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
Verify order accuracy and maintain correct pricing, part numbers, and customer details
Monitor open and duplicate orders, correct discrepancies, and update customers
Prepare freight claims and obtain domestic/international shipping quotes
Maintain updated product literature and pricing on shared systems
Prepare export documents such as Proforma invoices and insurance certificates
Support administrative tasks and maintain organized customer service files
Recommend alternative products or solutions when appropriate
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
4–6 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Apply practical judgment to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions
Resolve issues involving multiple variables within standardized processes
