Responsibilities

Develop, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to monitor, analyze, and enhance Cloud Operations
Manage integration and deployment of AIOps tools and solutions
Build and Implement machine learning models and algorithms to automate detection of anomalies and incidents
Monitor the effectiveness of AIOps solutions and suggest enhancements to optimize performance
Create dashboards and reports to communicate AIOps insights and metrics
Document technical configurations, and deployment procedures thoroughly to ensure transparency and reproducibility
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum one year recent experience in IT Operations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies
Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or others used in AI/ML development
Proficiency in DevOps and related tools
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills
