Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
Assist with setting up, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions
Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems
Document issues, solutions, and procedures to help improve internal knowledge bases
Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and assets
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Follow IT policies, security protocols, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, eager to learn and grow professionally
Preferred
Preferred majors include, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or related fields
