Responsibilities
Assist with contract management and the organization of contracts in electronic repository
Proofread, edit and create various contracts and legal documents
Conducting legal research on various issues, as requested
Assisting with Company responses to information requests, including subpoenas
Assist with compliance matters, including research of various laws
Provide support in litigation matters, such as coordinating employee interviews, performing preliminary information requests including searching and reviewing documents, reviewing memos and filings
Assist with administration matters as needed within the legal department
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in accredited law school
Demonstrated superior collaboration and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced corporate legal environment
Must be proficient with Adobe, Excel and Outlook
