Responsibilities
Map out what users can do in a space, while considering both the user’s needs and the technological constraints
Curate the conversation, defining the flow and its underlying logic in a detailed design specification that represents the complete user experience
Partner with stakeholders and developers to iterate on the designs and bring the experience to life
Leverage and extend conversation quality measures for chat solutions
Ability to conduct detailed testing
Attention to detail to do repetitive work that requires high quality in short periods of time and sometimes with tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in conversational design and voice, chat, interactive voice response (IVR), influencing software development (CxD), UX writing, content design, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects
Experience with Artificial Intelligence
Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
Experience working in a cross-functional technology organization
Robust portfolio highlighting CxD-focused writing samples and style guidelines
