Responsibilities

Raise institutional assets across managed futures and alternative investment strategies
Develop and execute a systematic, repeatable sales process (prospecting → qualification → closing → allocation growth)
Originate and close new mandates with Public & corporate pensions, endowments and foundations, family offices, and Institutional consultants
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified institutional prospects
Lead sales strategy and contribute to national growth initiatives
Represent the firm with CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment committees
Partner with investment, product, and marketing teams to position strategies effectively
Contribute to the future leadership of the distribution platform

Required

10–30 years of relevant experience
Actively engaged in new business development
Demonstrate a consistent, repeatable sales process
Raise institutional assets across managed futures and alternative investment strategies
Develop and execute a systematic, repeatable sales process (prospecting → qualification → closing → allocation growth)
Originate and close new mandates with Public & corporate pensions, endowments and foundations, family offices, and Institutional consultants
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified institutional prospects
Lead sales strategy and contribute to national growth initiatives
Represent the firm with CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment committees
Partner with investment, product, and marketing teams to position strategies effectively
Contribute to the future leadership of the distribution platform

Preferred

True sales / asset-gathering professionals (not investor relations or relationship management profiles)
Institutional sales background (pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, OCIOs, consultants)
Track record of net new asset growth
A clearly defined and disciplined sales methodology
Comfort owning the full sales cycle from cold origination to funding
