Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions
Serve as the main point of contact between business lines and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Proactively identify potential issues and work to prevent them during the project lifecycle
Take initiative to resolve blockers by collaborating with relevant teams, rather than waiting for others to intervene
Support project execution and documentation development

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and functional concepts in layman's terms to non-technical stakeholders
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its stages
Proactive problem-solving and issue prevention mindset
Self-motivation and ability to drive resolution of project blockers independently
Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Effective leadership and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of a business line or function area
