Hana Group is a global leader in ready-to-eat Pan-Asian cuisine, and they are seeking an Operations Director for their Fresh Cut Produce initiative. This role is responsible for leading the launch and management of the fresh cut produce program across franchise locations, ensuring operational standards and food safety compliance while supporting franchisees.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize daily operations, set performance objectives, and evaluate operational performance to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Develop and implement long-term operational strategies in collaboration with senior leadership

Manage regional budgets, control costs, and prepare operational and financial reports

Act as a primary resource for franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards, provide excellent customer service, and achieve compliance with health, safety, and brand procedures

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a positive and professional work environment

Ensure all company standards, procedures, and regulatory and quality standards are met, including specific requirements like safety logs

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field

At least 10 years' sourcing experience in a food or retail, fast paced industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Willingness to travel to develop, promote, and maintain strategic sourcing relationships (25%)

Strong grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core values

Preferred

Advanced negotiation skills (GAP preferred)
