Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
Conduct variance (flux) analysis and explain significant account changes
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and GAAP
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and explanations
Partner cross-functionally to support accurate financial reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
Perform other accounting and reporting duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of general ledger or corporate accounting experience
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficiency with accounting systems and strong Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
