Responsibilities
Drive systemwide HR policy governance, regulatory compliance, and workforce risk management across the health system
Ensure that all policies, procedures, and employment-related practices align with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements, national best practices, and Lee Health's strategic objectives
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and compliance frameworks, ensuring readiness for DNV Healthcare Accreditation and other regulatory audits
Foster a high-integrity, fair, and just culture by educating leaders and staff, partnering closely with Quality, Patient Safety, Corporate Compliance, and Legal Services
Advance a mature workforce risk management program and lead high-impact organizational initiatives that strengthen operational consistency, regulatory adherence, and organizational culture
Oversee three primary domains: (1) HR Policy, Governance & Culture (2) Workforce Risk Management & Compliance (3) HR Partnerships, Processes & Projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of Human Resources Experience
5-7 Years of Employee Relations Experience
5-7 Years of Supervisor/Management Experience
