Responsibilities
Prepare revenue and cash receipt data for upload into Business Central
Convert Excel source files into standardized upload templates and complete data entry
Upload cash receipt files from the banking portal into Business Central
Review uploads for errors and resolve issues promptly
Validate load file data and coordinate follow-ups with clients (suppliers) when discrepancies arise
Maintain responsibility for an assigned portfolio of recurring client (supplier) data files
Process supplier files with consistent formats and address routine issues (e.g., missing GPOIDs)
Prepare accounts receivable balance sheet reconciliations
Complete bank account reconciliations using Blackline
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent certification
Working knowledge of revenue (invoicing) and accounts receivable (cash application) concepts
Ability to analyze client accounts for completeness, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Prior experience creating invoices and cash receipts in accounting systems using file template uploads
Previous experience with data transformation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting, filters, SUM, COUNT, VLOOKUP, tables, pivots)
