Responsibilities
Provide routine administrative and/or clerical support for the San Antonio Regional Office of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)
Answer telephone calls, take messages, provide information and/or refer calls to appropriate parties. Greet and direct visitors to appropriate staff. Receive and route packages, mail, faxes, and documents
Assist staff in compiling information, reviewing data, preparing correspondence and mail outs, copying and distributing reports, coding documents for central records, and uploading to Central records
Develop, maintain databases, files, and records to track information and prepare queries and reports
Qualification
Required
Graduation from a standard senior high school or its equivalent plus one year of full-time experience providing administrative and/or clerical support in an office setting
Fifteen semester hours from an accredited college or university may be substituted for each six months of the required experience
A copy of your official college transcript or evaluation of foreign credentials in CAPPS is required if needed to meet the qualifications listed above
