Responsibilities

Track project deliverables and timelines
Build and maintain project plans and delivery schedules
Manage tasks to ensure on-time completion
Coordinate work across 15–20 teams
Schedule meetings and facilitate communication across multiple locations and time zones
Support the hiring manager in monitoring progress and ensuring teams meet commitments
Provide clear, detailed progress and status reports 1–2 times per week
Maintain accurate documentation of deliverables and timelines
Communicate updates consistently with stakeholders

Required

Program and task management
Building plans and schedules

2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
Demonstrated Ownership

Preferred

Highly organized with experience coordinating across 15–20 teams
Experience building delivery schedules
Experience creating reports to track status and progress
Degree or certification preferred but not required
