This role will lead cross-functional procurement initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence across procurement functions.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives, focusing on marketing, events, agencies, and creative services
Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking
Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures
Improve workflows, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration
Train stakeholders on procurement best practices
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
Support quarterly business reviews and leadership communications
Manage procurement for major events, including annual Supplier Day
Source venues, agencies, production services, and materials
Oversee timelines, budgets, and post-event reconciliation
Lead vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking
Manage asset monetization and disposal in partnership with IT and Facilities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
5–10 years of procurement experience, ideally within marketing, events, or agency sourcing
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proven experience in reporting, analytics, and executive presentations

Preferred

MBA or certifications (CPSM, PMP, CIPS)
Experience with Power BI, Oracle EBS, SAP, Coupa
Familiarity with audit and compliance processes
