Responsibilities
Manage project documentation including tracking, logging, and reporting
Develop documentation utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proof, edit and format project communications to ensure a clear standard for all documents
Capture key project elements and keeping concise and clear records
Set up and coordinate meetings
Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Assist with SharePoint administration
Assist with recognizing, monitoring, and providing potential solutions for risks/issues
Qualification
Required
Manage project documentation including tracking, logging, and reporting
Develop documentation utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proof, edit and format project communications to ensure a clear standard for all documents
Capture key project elements and keeping concise and clear records
Set up and coordinate meetings
Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Assist with SharePoint administration

Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Experience working and supporting multiple teams
Project a customer-focused, resourceful, take initiative, pro-active approach
