Education
Responsibilities
Partner with the Department Administrator and finance team to monitor and track division accounts
Collaborate with Human Resources and division leadership to support faculty and Advanced Practice Provider recruitment
Prepare and monitor quality, volume, and financial reports
Track clinician documentation, licensure, OPPEs, and required training
Assist with PTO, FMLA, leave processing, and reimbursements
Monitor professional practice income and RVUs
Collaborate with the Department Research Office on research initiatives
Create and maintain staffing schedules
Promote national and international conferences
Coordinate visiting speakers and endowed lectures
Maintain and update the Mission-Based Management Program
Support the development and implementation of operational processes in alignment with University policies
Provide guidance and support to staff; assist with training and coordination efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
