Lead Growth in the education market. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base
Build High-Impact Relationships. Cultivate trusted relationships with customers and partners
Craft Winning Proposals. Create compelling, customized bids and proposals that align with customer priorities and funding streams
Deliver Insightful Presentations. Clearly articulate our value proposition through executive-level presentations that highlight how our AI, analytics, and technology solutions drive better outcomes
Stay Ahead of the Curve. Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitive movements within the education landscape to adapt and position effectively
Collaborate Across Teams. Work closely across departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and activities

Required

10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record of new logo wins and over quota performance
5+ years selling AI, analytics, data or enterprise technology solutions into large districts and state agencies
Confident in presenting to senior education leaders, C-Suite, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Work with solution engineers, delivery, success, marketing, and other teams to customize our offerings to meet the needs of clients
Highly collaborative leader who can run cross-functional pursuit teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Executive presence: confident engaging and influencing leadership across academic, operational, and technology domains
Ability to tailor offerings to enterprise client needs and business objectives, differentiating our services in a competitive landscape
Consultative Sales Approach: Adept at diagnosing complex business challenges and customizing technical solutions to meet specific client ROI and strategic goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities
Capable of up to 60% travel, including some overnight, as needed to support relationships and growth
