The Principal Full Stack Engineer will serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding full stack development and driving cloud-native and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities
Lead design and development of complex, enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and SQL/PostgreSQL
Architect and implement scalable, cloud-ready solutions leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS where appropriate
Drive CI/CD best practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and automated deployment pipelines to improve reliability and speed to market
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Systems Analysts, QA/SDET, DevOps) in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features
Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on testing strategies, performance optimization, and secure coding standards
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of software engineering experience with strong full stack skills in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL)
Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React in production environments
Solid exposure to cloud and containerization technologies, such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred)
Proven experience working in Agile teams, using GitHub for source control and pull requests, and building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior experience in the financial services industry
