Perform transaction due diligence and data room reviews
Build financial models and underwriting materials
Draft screening and underwriting memos
Analyze industry trends and credit risk
Prepare term sheets and commitment letters
Support internal Investment Committee processes
Assist with syndicated deal materials
Partner with Operations on closings, funds flow, and documentation
Monitor portfolio companies (spreading, covenants, compliance)
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
Strong financial modeling and accounting foundation
Experience with audit, credit analysis, diligence, or transaction support
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sponsors, management, and investors
Must have 2+ years of relevant experience
