Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
Coordinate and oversee individualized resident care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
Monitor compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-centered care
Communicate openly with residents and families, offering support and updates with professionalism
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Dedication to supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
Preferred
Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, etc.)
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care background a plus
