New Grad, Entry LevelPalo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for individuals suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. They are currently seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician who will provide basic nursing care and assist in maintaining a safe environment under the supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities
Provides basic nursing care
Aids with activities of daily living
Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Hospital Supervisor and the assigned RN to the unit
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be able to obtain AZ Fingerprint clearance card (Level one)
Must be at least 21 years of age during application of card
Preferred
Minimum two (2) years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field preferred
Completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security training program or equivalent preferred
Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
