Responsibilities
Support clinic staff by responding to help desk cases, answering support calls, and directing inquiries to other teams as needed
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure streamlined, quality clinical applications data and workflows
Collaborate with clinic staff on projects to improve existing processes or create new EMR content as assigned by the Clinical Applications Manager
Coordinate and conduct EMR trainings for new and returning clinic staff
Qualification
Required
Support clinic staff by responding to help desk cases, answering support calls, and directing inquiries to other teams as needed
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure streamlined, quality clinical applications data and workflows
Collaborate with clinic staff on projects to improve existing processes or create new EMR content as assigned by the Clinical Applications Manager
Coordinate and conduct EMR trainings for new and returning clinic staff
Excellent customer service skills
High level computer proficiency and efficiency
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and apply technical skills to practical problems
Self-motivated to deepen understanding of healthcare by producing results in their work
Bachelor's degree
Highly qualified candidates will have a base-level understanding of the healthcare field and/or prior experience in IT, computer science, clinical applications, or healthcare analytics
Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office applications is required
Preferred
Experience with computer programming (Python, Java, HTML, SQL, etc.) a plus
