Qualification
Required
Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one). We offer free training for the right candidates, and we provide a discount on pre-licensing courses
U.S. Legal Resident: You must be a legal resident of the United States
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting required)
Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: You should have a strong work ethic and the motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, confident, and positive attitude
Organized and Coachable: Ability to stay organized, be flexible, and be open to coaching and feedback
