Manager, Loan Servicing and Support
Piper Companies is seeking a Manager, Loan Servicing & Support to lead and optimize loan servicing operations for an industry leading credit union located in Omaha, NE. This role will oversee day-to-day servicing functions, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate member service through effective leadership and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing loan servicing team while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
Oversee core loan servicing operations, including payments, payoffs, credit reporting, and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures
Develop and monitor KPIs, report performance to leadership, and implement data-driven process improvements
Manage escalated member issues and drive strategies to enhance service quality and member experience
Partner with technology, business leaders, and vendors to optimize servicing systems, support system upgrades, and drive digital transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
8+ years of experience in loan servicing within a financial institution
3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of credit reporting, dispute processes, loan servicing regulations, NACHA, and ACH operations
Experience with general ledger balancing, loan servicing platforms, and process automation tools
Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
